Dragonkind Game

Dragonkind is the official online game from the world of Rebecca Yarros' Empyrean series (Fourth Wing, Iron Flame, Onyx Storm), launched at dragonkind.com on October 1, 2026 around the Threshing Day release. You play a candidate in the Rider's Quadrant: you go through Conscription Day and the trials, and at the end you meet the dragon that chooses you – or doesn't. The site is run by Yarros Ink, Inc.; the story is by Rebecca Yarros.

Open dragonkind.com in your browser and create an account with your email – the game needs one to save your result. Then enter the Rider's Quadrant and make your choices as a candidate. Your answers decide which dragon bonds with you. It runs in the browser on phone and desktop; there is nothing to download.

Fans report that the official game makes you wait between attempts, so you can't instantly redo it if you don't like your dragon. Independent fan sites have popped up with retry timers and unofficial versions of the quiz – they are not the official game and are not run by Rebecca Yarros or her publishers.

Searches such as "dragonkind threshing day game", "fourth wing game online" or "rebecca yarros threshing day game" all lead to the same thing: Dragonkind is the official interactive tie-in for the Empyrean books, released alongside Threshing Day. If you want the real result to share with other readers, use dragonkind.com rather than a fan-made copy.
